慢阻肺患者使用特布他林与糖皮质激素的临床价值

Clinical value of terbutaline and glucocorticoids in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者使用特布他林与糖皮质激素的临床价值。方法:本院2019年8月至2020年10月收治的92例慢阻肺患者为研究病例,根据随机动态数字表分成对照组、观察组,每组各46例;对照组给予特布他林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加糖皮质激素治疗;对比两组治疗后的肺功能、血气指标与炎症因子指标。结果:观察组的PEV1、FVC与PEV1/FVC均高于对照组,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)较低(P<0.05);观察组的TNF-α、IL-8与CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者使用特布他林与糖皮质激素对其肺功能、血气指标以及炎症因子均有较好的改善作用,利于患者实现早期康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of terbutaline and glucocorticoids in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:The 92 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were the study cases.According to the random dynamic number table,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 46 cases.The control group was treated with terbutaline.The treatment of the observation group was based on the control group with additional glucocorticoid treatment.The lung function,blood gas index and inflammatory factor index were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The PEV1,FVC and PEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and statistical differences were seen between the groups(P<0.05);PaO_(2) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower(P<0.05);TNF-α,IL-8 and CRP were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of terbutaline and glucocorticoids in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a good effect on improving lung function,blood gas indicators and inflammatory factors,which is beneficial to the early recovery of patients.
