人性化护理在小儿心肌炎患儿护理中的临床价值

The clinical value of humanized nursing in the nursing ofchildren with myocarditis

目的:探究人性化护理在小儿心肌炎患儿护理中的临床应用价值。方法:在本院心内科2019年5月至2020年5月收治的所有小儿心肌炎患儿中随机选择80例作为研究对象,按数字随机方法,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,每组患儿各40例。其中,对照组患儿给予常规护理干预;研究组患儿给予人性化护理干预,分别就两组患儿的症状恢复时间、生活质量评分以及护理满意度进行对比。结果:护理后,研究组患儿的心肌酶恢复正常时间、心电图恢复正常时间以及生活质量评分和护理满意度均要优于对照组,其中研究组患儿的护理满意度为97.5%,生活功能平均评分和心理功能平均评分分别为(90.25±6.37)分和(92.43±5.69)分,而对照组患儿的护理满意度仅为80.0%,两项评分仅为(80.16±8.44)分和(75.27±5.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理对于小儿心肌炎患儿护理效果显著,不仅可有效缩短患儿康复时间,并且有利于良好护患关系的建立。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of humanized nursing in the nursing of children with myocarditis.Methods:Among all children with pediatric myocarditis admitted from May 2019 to May 2020 in our hospital’s cardiology department,80 cases were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the numerical random method,they were randomly divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group.There were 40 children in each group.Among them,the children in the control group were given regular nursing intervention,and the children in the study group were given humanized nursing intervention.The two groups of children were compared with their symptoms recovery time,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction.Results:After nursing,the time for myocardial enzymes in the study group to return to normal,the time to return to normal on the ECG,the quality of life score and the satisfaction of care were better than those of the control group.Among them,the nursing satisfaction of the children in the study group was 97.5%,and the life function The average score and the average psychological function score were(90.25±6.37)and(92.43±5.69)points,respectively,while the nursing satisfaction of the control group was only 80.0%,and the two scores were only(80.16±8.44)and(75.27±5.64)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing has a significant effect on the care of children with myocarditis.It can not only effectively shorten the recovery time of children,but also help establish a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
