景德镇陶瓷产业转型升级对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for the Transformation and Upgrading of Jingdezhen Ceramic Industry

景德镇作为享誉世界的“千年瓷都”,既是中国陶瓷产品的主要起源地,也是中国优秀传统文化的重要发祥地。进入新时代以来,景德镇成为国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区,景德镇有了更多的机遇与责任。笔者从产业规模、陶瓷文化资源利用、人才与产业匹配以及营销渠道与品牌建设几个方面研究了景德镇陶瓷产业发展的现状及存在问题,在此基础上提出了一些针对性的对策与建议希望能指导产业的发展。

As the world renowned Thousand-year-old Porcelain Capital,Jingdezhen is not only the main origin of Chinese ceramic products to the world,but also an important birthplace of China’s excellent traditional culture.Since entering the new era,Jingdezhen has become a national ceramic culture inheritance and innovation pilot zone,and Jingdezhen has opportunities and responsibilities.This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the development of the ceramic industry in Jingdezhen from several aspects:industrial scale,utilization of ceramic cultural resources,matching of talents and industries,and marketing channels and brand building,and hopes to put forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions to guide the development practice of enterprises on this basis.
