一种便携式10kV绝缘隔离挡板固定装置的研制

根据《中国南方电网有限责任公司电力安全工作规程》规定:电压等级为10kV时,若作业人员与带电体之间安全距离<0.7m时,应设置隔离措施。由于高处未提供绝缘挡板固定方式,为解决这一问题,文章提出设计一款满足绝缘性能、机械性能的绝缘挡板固定装置,工作人员站在地面上就能将绝缘挡板在高空中固定,满足安全距离不足需设置隔离措施的要求。

According to the"Power Safety Work Regulations of China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd.":when the voltage level is 10kV,if the safety distance between the operator and the live body is less than 0.7m,isolation measures should be set up.Since the insulating baffle fixing method is not provided at high places,in order to solve this problem,the article proposes to design an insulating baffle fixing device that meets the insulation performance and mechanical performance.Fixed to meet the requirements of setting isolation measures for insufficient safety distance.
