10kV单线图是配网调度员安全调度的生命线,通过在DMS1000系统单线图的设备上挂检修、冷备用等标识牌确保现场设备状态与单线图完全一致。但目前10kV单线图的各类标识牌完全依赖调度员在完成操作票之后手动挂牌,这大大增加了调度员的工作量,同时,也存在调度员漏挂牌的风险,亟需在DMS1000系统上实现单线图自动挂牌功能。文章着重介绍配网OMS、配网OCS以及两者之间的数据交互,并阐述实现自动挂牌功能的原理,为类似项目提供参考。
