摘要
对高层病房楼的超低能耗建筑技术进行探究。通过建筑物外墙、屋面、女儿墙、地下室顶板和外墙的创新设计,提高了建筑物的隔热性和气密性,达到了超低能耗建筑的室内热湿环境参数要求。对暖通供热供冷系统、新风热回收及通风系统、监测与控制系统进行设计,使高层病房楼达到了超低能耗公共建筑能效指标。
Ultra-low energy building technology used for high-rise ward buildings improves the heat insulation and air tightness through the innovative design of the exterior wall,roof,parapet wall and the top slab of the basement to achieve the indoor thermal and humid environment parameters of ultra-low energy consumption building.Besides,ultra-low public building energy efficiency can be reached by the design of HVAC heating and cooling system,fresh air heat recovery and ventilation system,monitoring and control system.
