热态冲洗对某型涡轴发动机影响试验研究

摘要 航空发动机在含盐分的大气中使用后,需要进行除盐冲洗,一般通过安装在进气网上的喷嘴向压气机喷入水或清洗剂来清除叶片上的盐分粒子。相较于冷运转的清洗方式,发动机在地面慢车时进行除盐清洗更加便捷。本文基于某型涡轴发动机台架热态冲洗试验,分析热态冲洗对整机的影响,为该型发动机热态冲洗工程应用打下基础。 Desalination wash is used to remove salt deposits from the compressor section of aeroengine when operating in a salt-laden environment.Generally,water or cleaning agent is injected into the compressor section through the nozzle installed on the inlet screen to remove the salt particles on the blade.Compared with the cold running cleaning method,it is more convenient for the engine to carry out desalination wash when the engine is idle on the ground.Based on the hot flushing test of a turboshaft engine,the effects of hot flushing on the whole engine performance are analyzed,which can lay a foundation for the engineering application of hot flushing of this type of engine.
