摘要
为满足飞机结构静强度试验对试验数据实时监控的需求,本文结合实际工程经验,充分考虑数据采集系统的误差波动、控制系统的控制精度等因素,提出了一套基于滑动窗口、综合偏离值和线性相关系数的异常试验数据判断方法,实现了静力试验异常数据的实时判断,及时提醒试验人员进行风险评估,避免试验件的非预期破坏,有效地降低了试验风险。
In order to meet the requirements of real-time monitoring of test data in the static strength test of aircraft structure,combined with practical engineering experience,and fully considering the error fluctuation of data acquisition system and the control accuracy of control system,an abnormal test data early warning method based on sliding window,integrated deviation value and linear correlation coefficient is proposed in the paper.The method can be used to realize the real-time judgment of abnormal data of static test and remind the testers to carry out the risk assessment in time,which can avoid the unexpected damage of the test piece and effectively reduce the test risk.
