摘要
卡尔·费休容量法水分测定仪广泛应用于石油、化工、食品等领域,其结构简单、测量准确。为保证测量的准确性,需按照国家计量检定规程JJG 1154-2018的要求对其进行校准。本文以卡尔·费休容量法水分测定仪为例,详细讨论了其校准过程中的注意事项,并对相对示值误差校准的不确定度进行了评定。
Karl Fischer volumetric titrator,which has the characteristic of simple structure and accurate measurement,is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,food industry and other fields.In order to ensure the accuracy of measurement,the titrator is should be calibrated in accordance with the requirements of the JJG 1154-2018.Taking Karl Fischer volumetric titrator as an example,the matters needing attention in the calibration are discussed in detail,and the uncertainty of relative indication error calibration is evaluated.
