摘要
针对翼身组合体试验件的结构形式和载荷传递要求,设计了一种结合支持约束和载荷施加两种功能的支持夹具,并将其应用于MA700飞机翼身组合体研发试验。试验应用结果表明,该支持夹具在满足试验件静定支持要求的同时保证了前后机身载荷的传递,试验测量数据真实可靠。
According to the structural form and load transfer requirements of wing body assembly test pieces,a support fixture with two functions of support constraint and load application is designed and applied to the R&D test of wing body assembly of MA700.The test application results show that the support fixture not only meets the static support requirements of the test piece,but also ensures the load transfer of the front and rear fuselage,and the test measurement data are true and reliable.
