摘要
关节轴承试验机主要用于测定各种关节轴承衬垫在承受径向、轴向交变载荷和径向、轴向摆动时的摩擦磨损寿命,以及配置各种环境装置等,实现对轴承全工况的模拟测试。由于控制软件需实现系统的参数设定、数据采集和综合管理等复杂功能,为保证数据的实时性和软件的高效运行,需采用多任务软件架构。本文应用LabVIEW编程语言,采用队列状态机,对各功能进行合理安排,最终完成了模块化多循环的可靠控制软件。
Joint bearing testing machine is mainly used to measure the friction and wear life of all kinds of joint bearing gaskets under radial and axial alternating loads and radial and axial swing,and configure various environmental devices to achieve the simulation test of bearing in all working conditions.Due to the control software needs to realize the complicated functions such as system parameter setting,data acquisition and comprehensive management,in order to ensure the real-time performance of data and the efficient operation of software,multitasking software architecture needs to be adopted.The LabVIEW programming language and queue state machine are applied in the paper to reasonably arrange each function,and finally realize the modular multi cycle reliable control software.
