Measurement and Management Method of Strain Gauge for Large Aircraft Structure Test

国内大型客机试验的测量规模越来越大,这对测量效率和应变片管理提出了较大挑战。为此,本文以某大型民机全机静力试验为应用背景,研究应变片分区、分组、接线方法,提升应变测量效率和试验效率,在某大型民机全机静力试验中对本方法进行验证和应用,并推广到其他大型全机试验中去。

The measurement scale of domestic large aircraft test is becoming larger and larger,which poses a great challenge to the measurement efficiency and strain gauge management.Therefore,taking the whole aircraft static test of a large civil aircraft as the application background,this paper studies the zoning,grouping and wiring methods of strain gauges,improves the strain measurement efficiency and test efficiency,verifies and applies this method in the whole aircraft static test of a large civil aircraft,and extends it to other large aircraft tests.
