摘要
目的建立木香顺气颗粒中厚朴有效成分厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定和枳壳有效成分柚皮苷的含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC-UV)检测,岛津Inertsil ODS-SP C18柱(5μm,4.6×250 mm),流动相分别为甲醇-乙腈-水-磷酸(50:19:31:0.3)和甲醇-1.5%冰醋酸溶液(35:65),流速:1 ml/min,检测波长分别为292 nm和283 nm。结果木香顺气颗粒中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚分别在0.01306~1.5672 mg,0.01011~1.2132 mg,柚皮苷在0.02004~2.0040μg范围内有良好的线性关系,且厚朴酚平均回收率为100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7,和厚朴酚平均回收率为96.5%,RSD为0.71,柚皮苷平均回收率为97.7%,RSD为0.64%。结论该方法经方法学验证,可用于木香顺气颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for content determination of magnolol and honokiol[effective components of Houpu(Cortex magnoliae officinalis)],and naringin[effective component of Zhike(Fructus aurantii immaturus)],in Muxiangshunqi Granules.Methods The determination was conducted using HPLC-UV system with a Shimadzu Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column(5μm,4.6×250mm).The mobile phases consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(50:19:31:0.3)and methanol-1.5%glacial acetic acid(35:65)with a flow rate of 1ml/min.The detection wavelengths were 292 nm and 283 nm,respectively.Results There was a good linear correlation among magnolol(within the range between 0.01306 an 1.5672 mg),honokiol(within the range between 0.01011 and 1.2132 mg)and naringin(within the range between 0.02004 and 2.0040μg)in Muxiangshunqi Granules.The mean recovery was 100%with a RSD of 1.7 for magnolol,96.5%with a RSD of 0.71 for honokiol,and 97.7%with a RSD of 0.64%for naringin.Conclusion The method in our study is methodologically validated and can be used for the quality control of Muxiangshunqi Granules.
