摘要
以异佛尔酮、丙二腈、2-氨基苯硫酚以及5-溴水杨醛为原料,经Knoevenagel缩合反应、酯化反应合成了一种具有“D-π-A”结构的新型N_(2)H_(4)荧光探针LZ,其结构通过^(1)H NMR表征确证,利用紫外吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱研究了探针化合物LZ的光学性能及其对N_(2)H_(4)的识别能力。结果表明:探针LZ与肼作用后在645 nm具有强荧光发射,对N_(2)H_(4)具有良好的识别专一性。在40~100μmol/L线性关系好,检测限为0.65μmol/L。
A novel N_(2)H_(4) fluorescent probeLZwith"D-π-A"structure was synthesized from isophorone malononitrile,2-aminothiophenol and 5-bromosalicylaldehyde through Knoevenagel condensation and esterification.Its structure was characterized by ^(1)H NMR.The optical properties and N_(2)H_(4) recognition ability of the probe compound were studied by ultraviolet absorption spectrum and fluorescence emission spectrum.The results showed that the probeLZhas strong fluorescence emission at 645 nm after the interaction with hydrazine and has good recognition specificity for N_(2)H_(4).A good linear relationship between 40μmol/L and 100μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.65μmol/L were obtained.
