北京冬奥会遗产视域下京张体育文化旅游带可持续发展探究

Sustainable Development of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Sports Culture Tourism Belt from the Perspective of Beijing Winter Olympics Legacy

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,以北京冬奥会遗产视角审视京张体育文化旅游带可持续发展的价值、现实基础、问题及可持续发展新思路。京张体育文化旅游带具有深化京津冀协同发展新格局、推动旅游业高质量发展、打造全民健身公共服务体系示范区等价值。存在问题:系统规划缺乏,动力不足;产业深度融合发展不足,品牌效应不显著;场馆功能与全民健身需求契合点有待提升;管理体制不健全,管理效果有待提高。提出可持续发展新思路:强化顶层设计,提升规划引领力;推动产业深度融合,提高产业竞争力;优化全民健身服务供给,打造全民健身引领地;强化人才支撑,助力京张体育文化旅游带高质量发展;完善制度创新,健全协同监管机制。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper examined the value,realistic foundation,problems,and new ideas for sustainable development of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture tourism belt from the perspective of Beijing Winter Olympics legacy.The Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture tourism belt has the value of deepening the new pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,promoting the high-quality development of tourism,and building a demonstration area of the national fitness public service system.Existing problems:The systematic planning is lacking and development power is insufficient,the in-depth integration of the industry is insuffi cient and the brand effect is not signifi cant,the meeting point between venue functions and national fitness demands needs to be improved,and the management system is imperfect and the management effect needs to be enhanced.Therefore,this paper put forward new ideas of sustainable development:We should strengthen top-level design and enhance the leadership of planning,promote industrial integration and enhance industrial competitiveness,optimize the supply of national fi tness services and create a leading place for national fitness,strengthen talent support to help the high-quality development of Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture tourism belt,and improve institutional innovation and collaborative supervision mechanisms.
