运用文献资料法,探析我国城市体育公园建设的价值、机遇及实践路向。价值:提升城市全民健身水平,形塑健康生活方式;增添城市绿色运动空间,修复城市生态系统;提高城市居民生活质量,提升城市内外品质。机遇:国家有关政策出台与激励,将加快城市体育公园建设速度;城市发展理念的持续更新,将提升城市体育公园建设质量;城市居民需求变化及多元化,将助推城市体育公园类型建设;城市发展方式的时代转型,将促进城市体育公园体系建设。实践路向:强化顶层设计意识,以系统性规划引领城市体育公园建设;立足城市居民需求,建设多层级、多类型城市体育公园体系;遵循集约化设计理念,提升个体化城市体育公园建设效益;创新公私合作模式,建立完善城市体育公园管理运营机制。

By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzed the value,opportunity and practical direction of urban sports park construction in China.Value:The construction of urban sports parks can improve the national fitness level of urban residents and shape a healthy lifestyle;increase urban green sports space and restore urban ecosystem;enhance the quality of life of urban residents and improve the internal and external quality of the city.Opportunity:The introduction and encouragement of relevant national policies will speed up the construction of urban sports parks;the continuous renewal of urban development concept will improve the quality of the construction of urban sports park;the change and diversification of urban residents'demands will boost the construction of various types of urban sports parks;and the time transformation of urban development mode will promote the construction of urban sports park system.Practical direction:We should strengthen the top-level design consciousness and lead the construction of urban sports park with systematic planning,build multi-level and multi-type urban sports park system based on the demand of urban residents,follow the intensive design concept to improve the construction efficiency of individualized urban sports park,and innovate the public-private cooperation mode and establish a perfect management and operation mechanism of urban sports park.
