关于提高妇产科住院医师规范化培训质量的探索

Exploration on Improving the Quality of Standardized Training for Residents of Obstetrics and Gynecology

妇产科学作为临床四大主干学科之一,具有患者群体特殊、风险大、综合性强等特点。为提高妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量,陕西省人民医院结合目前妇产科基地住培实际情况,做出一系列改革创新性举措,应用导师带教及互评制度相结合、PBL教学、翻转课堂、典型案例教学制度与多媒体教学等多种教学模式相结合、临床技能培训与医师人文素养及法律意识提高相结合、课题组教学与科研相结合、不同学科取长补短等举措的实施,调动学员的学习主观能动性,提升学员的岗位胜任能力。文章将从本院妇产科住培教学面临的问题、策略改革等方面进行探讨及阐述。

Obstetrics and Gynecology is one of the four major clinical disciplines,with characteristics of high risk,strong comprehensiveness,and special patient groups.In order to improve the quality of standardized training for resident doctors of obstetrics and gynecology,based on the actual situation of current training,Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital has taken innovative measures,including combination of tutoring and mutual evaluation system,problem-based learning,Flipped classroom,typical case teaching system combined with multi-media teaching and other teaching modes,clinical skill training combined with doctors’ humanistic quality and legal awareness,research group teaching combined with scientific research,mutual complementarity and cooperation with different disciplines,mobilizing students’ learning initiative,and enhancing the trainees’ competence.This paper will focus on the problems faced by the standardized training and teaching of resident obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital and the reform of teaching strategies.
