摘要 医学生在离开校园进入临床工作前进行住院医师规范化培训是十分必要的,在毕业后医学教育中位于至关重要地位,该培训对于整个医学学习拥有承前启后的过度意义。耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学作为专科性及操作性极高的学科,稳步有效推动其住院医师规范化培训工作仍面临着挑战。SPOC+TBL+5G的教学模式是将线上线下的知识通过新兴的5G通信技术将学生作为中心进行传授,能尽可能实现学生对知识获取的自由,以此增加同学获取学问的意愿,发展其独特思考和集体合作意识。我们研究在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学住培教育中SPOC+TBL+5G模式意义和实施价值,希望对培养出掌握一定本专业技能的临床医生给予帮助。 Standardized residency training for medical students is a necessary pathway before graduating into clinical work,and the training has a crucial position in post-graduation medical education specialist training.This training has excessive significance for the overall medical study.The teaching mode of SPOC+TBL+5G is to transfer the online and offline knowledge to students as the center through the emerging 5G communication technology,which can help students to acquire knowledge as much as possible,so as to improve individual thinking and teamwork spirit.This paper discusses the role and promotion value of SPOC+TBL+5G model in otorhinolaryngology residency practice.It is hoped that it will be helpful to cultivate clinicians who master certain professional skills.
