多元化教学模式在妇产科教学中的应用效果观察 被引量:5

Observation on the Application Effect of Diversified Teaching Mode in Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching

摘要 目的分析在妇产科教学中使用多元化教学模式的效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年9月期间于本院妇产科学习的学生共30名作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用LBL教学法进行教学,共15名学生,观察组使用多元化教学模式,共15名学生。对比两组学生成绩指标(理论成绩、实践成绩和综合成绩)、能力指标(思维能力、胜任能力)、学习兴趣指标(学习主动性、知识接受水平以及团队协作意识)。结果观察组理论成绩、实践成绩和综合成绩均高于对照组,思维和胜任能力均优于对照组,学习主动性、知识接受水平以及团队协作意识均高于对照组,多元化教学模式应用效果较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式可以改变传统教学模式存在的问题,调动学生学习的积极性,提升学生理论知识水平和实践操作能力,加强学生岗位胜任能力以及思维能力,对于后续学生的就业和工作有着积极影响。 Objective To analyze the effect of pluralistic teaching mode in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods A total of 30 students studying in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group used LBL teaching method,a total of 15 students,and the observation group used diversified teaching mode,a total of 15 students.The wo groups of students’ performance indicators(theoretical performance,practical performance and comprehensive performance),ability indicators(thinking ability,competency) and learning interest indicators(learning initiative,knowledge acceptance level and teamwork consciousness) were compared.Results The observation group’s theoretical,practical and comprehensive scores were all higher than the control group;its thinking and competence were all better than the control group;its learning initiative,knowledge acceptance level and teamwork consciousness were all higher than the control group;the application effect of diversified teaching mode was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching mode can change the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode,arouse the students’ learning enthusiasm,improve the students’ theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability,strengthen the students’ post competence and thinking ability,which has a positive impact on the subsequent students’ employment and work.
