“大班授课、小班辅导”在外科急腹症网络教学中的应用

Application of Network-based Teaching Method of “Large Class Teaching and Small Class Counseling” in the Teaching of Surgical Acute Abdominal Pain

摘要 目的 探索基于网络的“大班授课、小班辅导”教学模式在《外科急腹症》教学中的应用和效果。方法2020年9月—2021年9月间共入组80名来自上海交通大学医学院的第三学年的临床医学专业五年制本科生。随机分成两组,对照组(n=40)采用传统教学方式,即线下授课方式,试验组(n=40)采用线上授课方式,通过主观性评价及客观性考试成绩评估基于网络的“大班授课、小班辅导”教学模式的教学效果,比较两组的主观性评价指标和客观性评价指标。结果 试验组的主观性综合评价为(21.45±2.77)分而对照组为(19.75±3.62)分,试验组客观性评价成绩为(80.13±6.94)分而对照组为(71.75±6.57)分,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于网络的“大班授课、小班辅导”教学模式不仅能提高和加深学生对理论知识的掌握,还能够激发学生对外科知识的学习兴趣。 Objective To explore the application and effect of network-based teaching method of "large class teaching and small class counseling" in the teaching of acute surgical abdominal pain.Methods A total of 80 students majoring in five-year clinical medicine in the third academic year from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were enrolled from September 2020 to September 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40) adopted the traditional teaching method,i.e.offline teaching method,and the experimental group(n=40) adopted the online teaching method to evaluate the teaching effect of the network-based teaching mode of "large class teaching and small class counseling" through subjective evaluation and objective examination results.Results The indexes of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group [(21.45±2.77) points vs.(19.75±3.62)points,(80.13±6.94) points vs.(71.75±6.57) points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of “large class teaching and small class counseling” based on network can not only improve students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge,but also stimulate students’ interest in learning surgical knowledge.
