继续医学教育在甘孜州医护人员中的现况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Continuing Medical Education of Ganzi Prefecture Medical Staff

继续医学教育学习对于提高医护人员工作后医疗水平至关重要。文章通过对甘孜藏族自治州272名医护人员进行问卷调查和现况分析。调查发现他们继续教育学习方式主要是依靠进修和继续教育课程,但是学习效率不高。工作时间继续教育学习较少,而在下班及业余时间主动学习非常少。大多数人没有做过科研,也几乎没有科研的继续教育和学习机会。加强甘孜藏族自治州医护人员继续医学教育学习非常重要。

The continuing medicine education(CME) are significantly important to improve the medical level after work for medical staff.In this paper,272 doctors and nursing in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture were investigated by questionnaire.The survey found their learning style of CME mainly depends on further education and continuing education courses,but their learning efficiency is not high.There is less continuous education and study in working hours,and less active study in off hours and spare time.Most people have not done scientific research,and there are very few opportunities for continuing education and learning in scientific research.It is very important to strengthen the CME of medical staff in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
