临床医学专业研究生培养质量评价指标体系的构建

Construction of an Evaluation Index System for the Training Quality of Postgraduates in Clinical Medicine

目的构建临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标体系。方法使用查阅文献法、小组讨论法、专家咨询法进行设计临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标,并对17位专家进行为期两轮的德尔菲专家咨询。结果临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标筛选出6个一级指标以及26个二级指标。结论全日制临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量评价体系的完善及建立,可为专业学位研究生培养提供客观量化的依据,进而推进健康中国建设,发挥积极的促进作用和提供有力的支撑。

Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the cultivation of postgraduates with a master’s degree in clinical medicine.Methods The literature review method,the group discussion method,and the expert consultation method were used to design the quality evaluation index for the cultivation of clinical medicine degree graduate students,and 17 experts were given two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results Six first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators were screened out from the evaluation indicators for the quality of postgraduate training in clinical medicine.Conclusion The improvement and establishment of the quality evaluation system for the training of full-time clinical medicine postgraduates can provide an objective and quantitative basis for the training of professional degree postgraduates,and then promote the construction of a healthy China,play a positive role in promoting and provide strong support.
