“互联网+”背景下强化医学生人文素养教育的必要性及策略 被引量:12

摘要 医学生课程思想政治及素质教育是近年来医学生临床教学的重点与难点,近年来我国的医学课程思想政治及素质教育已处于快速发展阶段,但仍存在医学生思想政治意识薄弱、素质教育欠缺的问题,提高医学生思想政治及人文素养教育至关重要,尤其对于特殊时期在“互联网”背景下采取线上教学模式,在教学过程中如何有效地传达思想政治及素质教育将存在较大的挑战性,如何提高在线教学中课程思想政治及素质教育的效果是从事医学教育工作者面临的主要问题,文章将分析互联网时代影响医学生人文素养教育的各种因素,包括医学生本身的因素如自律性等,及外部因素包括教育体系、教师的人文素质等问题的深入剖析,寻找有效对策,从而提升医学生人文素养教育有效性。 Ideological,political and quality education of medical students have been the focus and difficulty of clinical teaching for medical students in recent years.In our country this kind of education has been in the stage of prosperity,but there is still some weakness.It is very important to improve the ideological,political and humanistic education of medical students,especially for the online teaching mode during the special period.It will be more challenging to convey the elements of ideological,political and quality education in the teaching process.How to improve the effect of ideological,political and quality education in online teaching is the critical problem faced by medical educators.This article will analyze various factors that affect medical students’ humanistic literacy education in the “internet” era,including medical students’ own factors such as self-discipline,and in-depth analysis of external factors including the education system and teachers’ humanistic quality,and find effective countermeasures to improv effectiveness of humanistic literacy education for medical students.
