医联体托管医院职工对医院及个人发展满意度的调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation and Analysis on the Satisfaction Degree of Hospital and Personal Development of the Staff in the Trusteeship Hospital of Medical Alliance

摘要 目的分析某地市级三甲医院医联体成员单位职工对托管后医院及个人发展满意度及影响因素。方法使用调研组自行设计问卷于2020年5—6月对某地市级三甲医院医联体下托管医院769名职工开展问卷调查,有效问卷704份,并对问卷进行统计学分析。结果医联体内托管医院职工对医联体下医院发展及个人发展满意度总体较好,但不同年龄、工作年限、所在科室职工对医联体托管后医院发展的满意度差异有统计意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、工作年限、所在科室职工对托管后在各医院间人际关系改善满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、职称、工作年限、所在科室职工对托管后个人能力发挥平台提升满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托管医院职工对医院及个人发展满意度总体较好,但存在着不同特征职工满意度差异,应注重对不同特征职工的利益诉求。 Objective To analyze the satisfaction and influencing factors of the staff of the member units of the Medical Association of a municipal Grade 3 A hospital on the hospital and personal development after trusteeship.Methods From May to June in2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted among769 staff members of the trusteeship hospital under the medical alliance of a municipal Grade 3 A hospital.704 valid questionnaires were obtained and statistically analyzed.Results The satisfaction of the staff of the hospital in the hospital in the hospital is better than that of the hospital development and personal development under the Medical Union,but the difference of satisfaction with the hospital development after the Medical Union custody was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction of different age,working years and department staff to the improvement of interpersonal relationship among hospitals after the trusteeship(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the satisfaction of different age,professional title,working years and department staff on the improvement of personal ability platform after trusteeship(P<0.05).Conclusion Trusteeship hospital staff are generally satisfied with the hospital and personal development,but there are differences in the satisfaction of staff with different characteristics,so we should pay attention to the interest demands of staff with different characteristics.
