Clinical application of artificial liver support system

人工肝支持系统可以改善肝细胞再生不良等症状,为肝衰竭患者肝移植提供等待时间,提高了肝病患者治愈率,其治疗效果得到普遍认可。人工肝支持系统的模式有多种,但在临床应用中,存在许多问题需要进一步研究与解决。本文就人工肝各种治疗模式临床应用现状、研究进展及存在问题进行综述。

Artificial liver support system can improve the symptoms of poor hepatocyte regeneration and provide waiting time for liver transplantation in patients with liver failure,thus improving the cure rate of patients with liver disease.The therapeutic effect is widely recognized.There are many modes of artificial liver support system,but many problems need to be further studied and solved in clinical application.The clinical application status,research progress and existing problems of artificial liver therapy are reviewed in this article.
