摘要
桥本甲状腺炎属于中医学“瘿病”范畴,古人治瘿多用含碘中药来组方,桥本甲状腺炎的一个高危诱发并加重因素就是碘过量。因此对于含碘中药能否应用在桥本甲状腺炎的治疗过程中、如何用存在分歧。文章就此进行分析与探讨,旨为指导临床合理应用含碘中药治疗桥本甲状腺炎做出参考。
Hashimoto s thyroiditis belongs to the category of“gall disease”in TCM,The ancient Chinese medicine physicians used iodine-containing TCM to make prescriptions for gall treatment.However,one of the high risk inducing and aggravating factors of Hashimoto s thyroiditis is iodine excess.Therefore,there are disagreements on whether iodine-containing TCM can be used in the treatment of Hashimoto s thyroiditis and how to use it.This paper analyzes and discusses this issue in order to provide reference for the rational application of iodine-containing Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto s thyroiditis.
