摘要
以某实际应用的双模块半潜型浮式平台为例,提出了基于平台模块主体、过渡加强区、连接器本体的三级区域串并联的连接器等效结构刚度计算方法.建立了各级区域的三维精细有限元结构模型,其中过渡加强区采用多点耦合方法,连接器本体采用接触非线性分析方法,最终获取了该平台连接器的等效结构刚度.分析结果显示:不同区域结构刚度量级基本一致,表明在连接器等效结构刚度计算中,每个区域结构的贡献均不能忽略;连接器不同方向刚度耦合效应较强,同时垂向等效结构刚度要小于纵向刚度值.开展了连接器部分区域结构原型加载试验,刚度测试结果与数值模拟结果符合良好,验证了计算方法的准确性.
Taking the double-module semi-submersible floating platform in practical engineering as an example,the calculating method was given for the equivalent structural stiffness of the connector,in which three levels regions including the module mainbody,the transitional strengthening region and the connector mainbody were connected in series and parallel.The threedimensional refined finite element models for three regions were developed,using the multi-point coupling method for simulating the transitional strengthening region and the contact nonlinearity method for the connector mainbody,and the equivalent structural stiffness of connector was obtained.Analysis results show that the magnitudes of the structural stiffness in different regions are essentially identical,which indicates the contribution from any region cannot be ignored when calculating the equivalent structural stiffness.The coupling effect between the stiffness of the connector in different directions is very strong,and the equivalent structure stiffness in the vertical direction is significantly smaller than that in the longitudinal direction.Additionally,the prototype loading test on the partial model of the connector structure was performed,and the test results of the structural stiffness and the numerical results agreed well,verifying the accuracy of the calculating method.
