Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome has characterized by high prevalence and complex pathogenesis,which is associated with multi-system and multi-organ dysfunction of the body.Barrett esophagus is considered as a specialty type of gastroesophageal reflux disease,suggesting this condition is closely related to obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in some researches.This paper explains the correlation of the two diseases and the common risk factors for them.
