摘要
针对渤海油田化学驱油现场注入过程中易产生气泡导致注入效果变差等问题,开展了化学交替注入液生泡原因分析及处理对策研究。通过化学交替注入液配液注入流程现场调研分析和室内模拟化学交替注入液起泡性能研究,结果发现:化学交替注入液中产生气泡的原因有二,一是注入药剂体系具备起泡性能,且体积分数越大,泡沫数量越多,稳定性越好,消泡时间越长;二是在药剂体系的配液及注入流程中有空气混入,经搅拌后形成气泡。通过室内实验分析加入除泡剂前后比色管中生泡、消泡情况,最终提出加入除泡剂解决化学驱油配液的生泡问题。
In view of the problems that bubbles are easy to be generated in the field injection process of chem?ical flooding in Bohai oilfield,resulting in the poor injection effect,the cause analysis and treatment counter?measures of chemical alternate injection liquid were carried out.Through the on-site investigation and analysis of chemical alternate injection liquid preparation for injection process for the foaming performance of indoor simulated chemical alternate injection liquid,the causes of bubbles in chemical alternate injection liquid were analyzed.Firsthy,the injection system had foaming properties,and the greater the polymer concentration,the more foam,the better the stability of the foam,the longer the defoaming time.Secondly,the air was mixed in the reagent preparation and injection process,and bubbles were formed after stirring.Through indoor experi?ments,the foaming and defoaming conditions in the colorimetric tube before and after adding defoamer were studied.Finally,it was proposed to add defoamer to solve the foaming problem of chemical flooding solution.
