页岩气压裂技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 页岩气分布广泛,开发难度大,通常情况下需要采取有效的压裂增产措施。国外在页岩气压裂技术研究上有许多先进成果,但国内经验较为不足。本文根据压裂技术的作业流程,充分总结国内外近几年在页岩气压裂参数优化设计、压裂液、压裂工艺3方面的研究进展,对比分析其新的突破,指出未来页岩气压裂技术的一些攻关方向:将人工智能技术与人工裂缝扩展机制研究充分结合,进一步优化页岩储集层改造基础理论及设计技术研究;优化压裂液性能,研究新型配方,获取清洁、高效、低成本、低伤害、可循环利用的压裂液体系;优化无水压裂技术,解决无水压裂技术面临的成本、设备要求以及井的性质和油藏条件等问题,达到现场应用标准。 Shale gas is widely distributed and difficult to develop,often requires effective fracturing and stimulation.It was found that there were many advanced achievements in shale gas fracturing technology abroad,but domestic experience was relatively insufficient.According to the operation process of fracturing technology,we fully investigated the new breakthroughs in fracturing parameters optimization design,fracturing fluid and fracturing technology of shale gas at home and abroad in recent years,compared and analyzed the new progress,and pointed out some key directions of future shale gas fracturing technology.Artificial intelligence technology was fully combined with artificial fracture propagation mechanism research to further optimize the basic theory and design technology research of shale reservoir reconstruction.The performance of fracturing fluid was optimized,new formulations was studied,and clean,efficient,low-cost,low damage,recyclable fracturing fluid system was obtained.The anhydrous fracturing technology was optimized.The cost,equipment requirements,well properties and reservoir conditions of anhydrous fracturing technology were studied and solved to achieve field application.
