摘要 加氢脱硫技术仍然是目前燃料油脱硫工艺中的主流应用技术,但由于加氢工艺的应用限制,近年来非加氢脱硫技术得到了广泛研究,其中生物脱硫、渗透汽化脱硫、萃取脱硫、氧化脱硫和吸附脱硫等技术都备受关注。这些非加氢脱硫技术各有优势,但又因其各具弊端,难以实现大面积工业应用和推广。目前国内外脱硫技术的发展,是在现有以催化加氢脱硫技术为主的基础上,开发可降硫的催化剂和添加剂(助剂)以及继续深入研究非加氢脱硫等其他技术。 Hydrodesulfurization technology is still the mainstream application technology in desulfurization process at present,but due to the application limitation of hydrogenation process,non-hydrodesulfurization technology has been widely studied in recent years.Biological desulfurization,pervaporation desulfurization,extraction desulfurization,oxidation desulfurization and adsorption desulfurization have attracted much atten-tion.But these non-hydrodesulfurization technologies are difficult to realize large-scale industrial application and promotion because of their disadvantages.On the basis of hydrodesulfurization technologies,developing on the sulfur-reducing catalysts and additives as well as the further study of non-hydrodesulfurization and other technologies is very important.
