一例兔场肺炎克雷伯氏菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌混合感染的诊断及治疗 被引量:3

摘要 对河南某兔场出现呼吸困难和腹泻等症状的2月龄兔群进行临床诊断及实验室检测。采用临床问诊、病理剖检、病原菌分离培养、染色镜检、PCR鉴定及药物敏感试验等方法,确定病原菌种类,筛选敏感药物,为发病兔场提供科学合理治疗方案。结果在发病兔体内分离到多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella multocida,PM)和肺炎克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae,KP)2种病原菌,且2种菌均对庆大霉素、新霉素、四环素、多西环素、多黏菌素B、丁胺卡那6种药物敏感,对米诺环素、复方新诺明、恩诺沙星、杆菌肽4种药物不敏感。粪便球虫卵囊检测结果显示:其每克粪便卵囊数量在正常范围内。通过临床诊断及PCR结果综合判断,该兔场发病是由于PM和KP混合感染引起。根据药敏试验结果,建议兔场采用新霉素和多西环素联合用药,兔群在用药后第3天腹泻症状得到有效控制,1周后兔群基本恢复正常。 The clinical diagnosis and laboratory test of 2-month-old rabbits with dyspnea and diarrhea in a rabbit farm in Henan were carried out. Clinical consultation, pathological examination, pathogenic bacteria isolation and culture, staining microscopy, PCR identification and drug sensitivity test were used to determine the types of pathogenic bacteria and screen sensitive drugs, so as to provide scientific and reasonable treatment for the diseased rabbit farms. Results Two pathogens, Pasteurella multocida(PM) and Klebsiella pneumoniae(KP), were susceptible to gentamicin, neomycin, tetracycline, doxycycline, polymyxin B, and gamma, and to minocycline, cotrimoxazole, enrofloxacin and bacitracin. The fecal spherical worm oocyst test showed an ocysts per gram value within the normal range.Through comprehensive clinical diagnosis and PCR results, the onset of the rabbit field was caused by mixed PM and KP infection. According to the results of drug sensitivity experiment, it was suggested that neomycin and doxycycline were used in rabbits. The diarrhea symptoms were effectively controlled on the third day after medication, and the basic group returned to normal a week later. The clinical diagnosis of this case combined with the diagnostic process of laboratory testing provides a scientific and reasonable reference for the rapid and effective solution of such diseases.
