摘要 Transcription factors are vital and indispensable for innate lymphoid cell(ILC)subset development and lineage-specific functions as well as the diversity and plasticity of ILCs[1].ILC3s,including lymphoid tissue inducer(LTi)-like ILC3s and natural cytotoxicity receptor(NCR)+ILC3s,are commonly defined by the expression of the transcription factor retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor(ROR)yt[2,3]and coexpress some ILC-associated transcription factors, such as ILC2-expressing RORa and ILC1-defined T-bet.However,the combined role of multiple transcrip-tion factors in ILC diversity and plasticity remains unclear.
