摘要
为解决大型公共建筑幕墙工程中易出现设计复杂、龙骨、预埋件和连接构件定位困难、机电管线与幕墙结构碰撞较多等问题,以北海博物馆为例,根据结构计算模型结合BIM技术,采用不同的方法进行建模,最终推演出幕墙框架建筑信息模型。并汇总结构构件具体的空间位置信息,在Inventor中进行了三维幕墙节点大样出图。同时结合二维码技术完成材料的定位检查,实现龙骨参数化建模和信息化安装,减少了与设备管道的碰撞,避免了二次返工,保证了工程施工进度和质量。
In order to solve the problems of complex design,difficult positioning of keel,embedded parts and connecting components,and more collisions between electromechanical pipelines and curtain wall structure in curtain wall engineering of large public buildings,the curtain wall structure keel modeling methods are compared based on BIM.Taking Beihai Museum as an example,the curtain wall frame building information model is established according to the structural calculation model and BIM Technology.The spatial location information of the structural components is summarized,and 3D curtain wall node sketch is made in Inventor.At the same time,the two-dimensional code technology is combined to complete the positioning inspection of materials,realize the keel parametric modeling and information installation.The collision with equipment pipeline is reduced,the second rework is avoided,and the construction progress and quality are guaranteed.
