基于数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗积热证的用药规律

摘要 目的基于数据挖掘的方法,探讨中医药治疗积热证的用药及组方规律。方法以“积热”为关键词,收集药智网、中国知网中药方剂知识库、方剂汇数据库中涉及的相关方剂。运用频次分析、关联规则分析和因子分析等数据挖掘方法,探究积热证治疗方剂的组方规律。结果纳入160首方剂共涉及中药221味,治疗积热证的中药多属清热药、补虚药和解表药,且以性寒味甘入肺经、性寒味苦入肝经或性寒味苦入胃经为主。拓扑筛选得到甘草、大黄、黄芩、黄连、栀子等19味核心中药;关联规则分析得到药对组合20项,3味药组合8项;因子分析提取7个公因子。结论通过对治疗积热证的方剂进行数据挖掘,发现了方剂中潜在的中药组方规律,明确了具有治疗作用的核心中药,为积热证的临床治疗和用药提供了参考。 Objective Based on the method of data mining,this paper discusses the medication and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heat accumulation syndrome.Methods The relevant prescriptions were excavated from Drugdataexpy,Chinese Medicine Prescription Database of CNKI,the prescription modern application database used heat accumulation as key words.The data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and factor analysis were used to investigate the grouping pattern of prescriptions for the treatment of heat accumulation syndrome.Results A total of 221 herbal medicine were included in 160 formulas,and most of which were heat-clearing,deficiency-supplementing and table-relief medicine,and mainly cold and sweet to the lung meridian,cold and bitter to the liver meridian or cold and bitter to the stomach meridian.19 core traditional Chinese medicine were yielded by topological screening,including Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma and Gardeniae Fructus;20 two-drug combinations and 8 three-drug combinations were got by association rule analysis;while 7 common factors were extracted by factor analysis as well.Conclusion Through excavating the prescriptions for the treatment of heat accumulation syndrome,the potential patterns of herbal formulae in the prescriptions were discovered,and the core traditional Chinese medicine with therapeutic effects were clarified,providing a reference for clinical treatment and medication of heat accumulation syndrome.
