西方国家民族主义复兴的表现、根源与应对

Manifestations and Origin of,and Responses to Nationalism Revival in Western Countries

以经济民族主义、技术民族主义和疫苗民族主义三种表现形式为主的民族主义思潮,在西方社会逐渐滋生和蔓延,给世界经济的复苏和全球抗击新冠肺炎疫情的进程带来了极大的风险和挑战,对中国的经济、科技和社会思想等领域的发展产生了一定的负面影响。西方国家民族主义思潮的复兴和蔓延,源于西方社会的系统性危机、资产阶级的意识形态操控和向外转嫁社会矛盾等多种因素的交织,中国应对西方国家民族主义思潮及其政策化,要坚持马克思主义的指导,把握西方民族主义的实质;要继续推进构建人类命运共同体;要坚持敢于斗争,对外讲好中国故事;要加强对国内民族主义思潮的引领。

Nationalism,with three main forms of economic nationalism,technological nationalism and vaccine nationalism,has been increasingly growing and spreading in western countries,posing great risks and challenges to the recovery of world economy and the global fight against COVID-19 pandemic.Meanwhile,it has negative impact on the development of China’s economy,science and technology,and social ideology.The revival and spread of nationalism in western countries result from the interweaving of many factors,such as the systemic crisis in western countries,the ideological manipulation of bourgeoisie and the outward transfer of social contradictions.In response to nationalism in western countries and its policyization,China should adhere to the guidance of Marxism and grasp the essence of western nationalism.In addition to being brave enough to fight and telling China’s story well,it should proceed to build a community with a shared future for mankind,and strengthen the ideological guidance of domestic nationalism.
