Tyrosine belongs to a phenolic hydroxyl aromatic α-aminoacid which plays a key role in the metabolism,growth and development of biological organisms.Recent advances in the analysis and detection of tyrosine in the field of medicine and food were reviewed.Focuses were on its novel analysis and detection examples including amino acid injection,cell culture medium,human blood,food and animal metabolites.The prospect of its development was prospected.
