基于藏医药知识转化的藏药新药研发路径探析

Research and development path of new Tibetan medicine based on the transformation of Tibetan medicine knowledge

本文分析了藏医药的传统知识属性以及藏药产业知识转化的特点,提出要提升藏药新药研发效率应充分发挥藏医药雄厚的传统知识积累优势,利用知识转化理论,消除影响知识转化的诸多不利因素,通过聚焦优势细分领域,汇集藏区内外医政产学研的力量协同创新,快速提升相关领域的知识量以加快知识转化的速度。同时,提出对藏药产业开展“先行先试”的注册管理制度的政策建议。

This paper analyzes the traditional knowledge attribute of Tibetan medicine and the characteristics of knowledge transformation of Tibetan medicine industry.It is proposed that in order to improve the R&D efficiency of new Tibetan medicine,we should take full advantages of the accumulation of traditional knowledge of Tibetan medicine,use knowledge transformation theory,eliminate adverse factors affecting knowledge transformation,focus on the advantageous subdivided fields,gather the forces of medical institutes,governments,industries,universities and research institutions inside and outside the Tibet area for collaborative innovation,and quickly improve the amount of knowledge in relevant fields,so as to accelerate the speed of knowledge transformation.At the same time,policy suggestions are put forward on the registration management of“try first”for the Tibetan medicine industry.
