多传感器信息融合的加工过程状态监测研究 被引量:13

Research of Process Condition Monitoring Based on Multi-sensor Information Fusion

摘要 加工过程状态监测是实现加工状态智能监控的前提和基础。多传感器信息融合是集成多个传感器系统,采集表征加工状态的传感器信号,通过融合分析以预测或识别或诊断不同加工状态,提升被加工工件的表面质量、加工精度和加工效率。综合分析了多传感器信息融合的状态监测的原理及流程、应用多传感器信息融合的关键技术,综述了国内外研究学者应用多传感器信息融合对加工过程刀具状态(刀具磨损)、零件状态(表面粗糙度)、机床运行状态(故障状态)等目标状态进行监测的研究成果。最后归纳总结了目前多传感器信息融合应用在加工过程状态监测存在的问题,为加工过程数字化、网络化、智能化的研究工作提供坚实基础。 Process condition monitoring is the premise and foundation of intelligent monitoring.Multi-sensor information fusion is the integration of multiple sensor systems,which can collect sensor signals that characterize the processing state,and predict or identify or diagnose different target states through fusion analysis,so as to improve the surface quality,processing accuracy and processing efficiency of the processed workpiece.The principle of condition monitoring based on multi-sensor information fusion and the key technology of multi-sensor information fusion are analyzed.The research results of domestic and foreign scholars using multi-sensor information fusion to monitor the target states such as tool state(tool wear),part state(surface roughness)and machine operation state(fault state)in machining process are reviewed.Through the summary and prospect,the existing problems of multi-sensor information fusion application in machining process condition monitoring are pointed out,which provides a solid foundation for the research of machining process informatization and intelligence.
