旋转弹弹体磁场干扰的实时在线补偿 被引量:1

摘要 针对旋转弹磁测系统在测姿过程中滚转角解算不准确问题,提出了一种基于实时滤波的弹体磁场在线补偿方法。通过分析高旋弹体飞行的运动特性,建立误差模型,对径向磁场值变化进行类正弦拟合,对测量磁场值进行实时在线滤波,提高滚转角解算精度。通过半物理实验表明,该方法可以对高速旋转弹体进行实时在线修正,减小测量值误差,补偿后的滚转角解算精度提高,误差值小于2°,在极短时间内可完成实时补偿,满足弹体磁场干扰下制导弹药对于滚转角度的精度要求及时延性要求。 In order to improve the estimated accuracy of roll angle which is effected by the magnetic field interference of the rotating projectile during the measurement process,a real-time online compensation method based on real-time filter algorithm for compensating magnetic field of rotating projectile was proposed.By analyzing the movement characteristics of the high-rotation projectile,an error model was established.Then,the radial magnetic field value change was fitted with a sine-like fit,and the measured magnetic field value was filtered in real time to improve the accuracy of the roll angle calculation.The results of semi-physical experiments show that the method can perform real-time online correction of high-speed rotation projectiles,reduce the error of the measured value,and increase the accuracy of the compensated roll angle by 6 times,and the error value is within 2°,which can be completed in a very short time,meeting the precision requirements and time-delay requirements for the roll angle of the guided munitions that are interfered by the missile body’s magnetic field.
