装甲车用钢/纤维复合装甲防弹性能及影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了在保证装甲车辆实现北约1级防护等级的前提下实现车身轻量化,建立了子弹侵彻防弹靶板的模型代替车身,通过实弹验证了仿真的模型;对比3种纤维复合材料在不同组合、厚度梯度及与防弹钢的连接方法下的目标靶板的防弹性能,结果表明:在同厚度条件下,混合纤维的复合靶板与单一材料的靶板的防弹性能优劣,主要取决于材料的组合形式;防弹钢/UHMWPE型复合板中内衬装甲的厚度与防弹性能不成线性关系,并且对防弹钢起支撑作用;防弹钢与纤维复合材料的连接方法对系统的防弹性能有影响。 In order to realize the lightweight of the body on the premise of ensuring that the armored vehicle achieves the NATO level 1 protection level,a model of bullet penetrating the bulletproof target plate was established to replace the body,and the simulated model was verified by live ammunition tests.The anti-ballistic properties of the target target plate under different combinations,thickness gradients and connection methods with bullet-proof steel of the three fiber composites were compared.The ballistic resistance of the target plate under different combinations,thickness gradients and connection methods with bulletproof steel of the three fiber composites was compared.The results show that under the same thickness condition,the anti-ballistic performance of the composite target plate with mixed fibers is better than that of the target plate with single material,which mainly depends on the combination of materials;The thickness of the lining armor in the bulletproof steel/UHMWPE composite panel is not linear with the ballistic resistance,and it supports the bulletproof steel;the connection method of the bulletproof steel and the fiber composite material has a certain influence on the ballistic resistance of the system.
