空气中集团装药对混凝土墩接触爆炸毁伤研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高集团装药对混凝土墩的接触爆炸毁伤效果,实现经济高效破除混凝土墩障碍的目标。采用试验与仿真计算相融合的方法,研究集团装药接触爆炸荷载作用下混凝土墩的破坏机理与损伤特征,确定毁伤效能较好的装药长径比。对比1 kg圆柱体集团炸药(装药长径比为1)的接触爆炸的试验结果与仿真计算结果,剩余混凝土墩的最大高度以及侧面高度基本一致,误差为1.9%~8.7%。在此模型基础上,进一步分析装药长径比对混凝土墩的损伤破坏机理。结果表明:对于试验工况,装药长径比对混凝土墩毁伤有明显的影响;对于1 kg圆柱体集团炸药接触爆炸混凝土墩,装药长径比取1/3时,混凝土墩毁伤程度较为严重。 In order to improve the contact explosion damage effect of group charge on concrete obstacle and achieve the goal of breaking the concrete obstacle economically and efficiently,damage characteristics and damage mechanism of concrete obstacles under contact explosion loading were studied by means of test and simulation calculation,and the length-diameter ratio of charge which can effectively improve the damage efficiency of the group charge was determined.The test results of contact explosion test of 1kg cylinder group explosive(the length-diameter ratio of charge is 1)were compared with the calculation results of simulation,the maximum height and side height of the remaining concrete obstacle were basically the same.The error is 1.9%~8.7%,and the data are in good agreement with each other.On the basis of this model,the damage mechanism of the concrete obstacle with the length-diameter ratio of charge was further analyzed.The results show that the length-diameter ratio of charge has an obvious influence on the damage of the concrete obstacle under the test condition.For 1kg cylindrical group explosive,the damage degree of obstacle is more serious when the length-diameter ratio of charge is 1/3.
