局部遮挡下基于目标匹配的舰面目标轮廓关键点定位方法 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种舰面目标相互遮挡或自我遮挡情况下的轮廓关键点定位方法。在目标检测上,利用Soft-NMS方法对YOLOv3目标检测算法的抑制能力进行改进,增强对被遮挡目标的检测能力;根据目标检测结果,采用自顶向下的关键点检测算法对匹配的目标进行关键点检测,建立了像素坐标与真实环境坐标的转换模型;提出基于目标几何结构的坐标解算算法,实现对低置信度点与异常点进行筛查、补偿以及对遮挡点进行精确定位。通过实验室环境下等比例模型开展试验,结果表明,在加入干扰的情况下,坐标点横、纵坐标的平均误差控制在1.5%和1.7%,满足实际需求。 A method to locate the key points of ship surface target contour in the case of mutual occlusion or self-occlusion was proposed.Soft NMS method was used to improve the inhibition ability of YOLOv3 target detection algorithm in target detection,and to enhance the detection ability of occluded targets;Then,the top-down key point detection algorithm was used to detect the key points of the frame selected target by target detection,and the transformation model between the pixel coordinates and the real environment coordinates was established;a coordinate solution algorithm based on the spatial structure of the object was proposed,which can realize the screening and compensation of low confidence points and abnormal points,as well as the accurate positioning of occlusion points.The results show that the average error of horizontal and vertical coordinates of coordinate points is controlled in 1.5%and 1.7%under the condition of adding interference,which meets the actual needs.
