结直肠癌患者报告结局评估工具及临床应用的研究进展

Research progress on assessment tools of patient-reported outcomes for colorectal cancer patients and the clinical application

目前结直肠癌患者的生存时间已逐渐延长,但癌症及治疗会对其带来诸多困扰。结直肠癌患者报告结局注重患者身心体验的评估,有助于医护人员发现其健康困扰,给予针对性处理。该文综述了国内外结直肠癌领域主要的患者报告结局评估工具及其临床应用情况,比较分析了现有工具的内容特点、存在的问题,提出了未来的研究方向,以期为国内结直肠癌患者报告结局评估工具的应用、开发及临床实践提供参考依据。

Currently,the survival time of colorectal cancer patients has been gradually extended,but cancer and treatment can cause many troubles for them.Patient-reported outcomes with colorectal cancer focus on assessing the physical and psychological experience of patients,which helps to identify their health challenges and give targeted treatment.This article reviews commonly used patient-reported outcome measures in the field of colorectal cancer at home and abroad and their clinical application.The content characteristics,existing problems of the current tools were comparatively analyzed.Future research directions are proposed.It is intended to provide a reference for the application,development,and clinical practice of patient-reported outcome measures for colorectal cancer patients in China.
