耳穴贴压干预糖尿病胃轻瘫患者疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the curative effect of auricular point sticking on the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

目的系统评价耳穴贴压法干预糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的疗效。方法计算机检索Pub Med、中国知网等数据库中有关于耳穴贴压干预糖尿病胃轻瘫的随机对照试验,进行文献质量评价和提取数据后,将符合纳入标准的文献进行Meta分析。检索时间从数据库建库至2021年5月,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献10篇,质量等级均为B级,合计样本量为685名患者。Meta分析结果表明耳穴贴压法对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者干预后有效[RR=1.25,95%CI=(1.15,1.36),P<0.00001]。但对患者的空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白值的影响无显著差异。结论采用耳穴贴压法对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者进行干预能够有效改善患者的临床症状。因纳入文献的质量不高,样本量偏少,得到的结论尚不能完全肯定,需要高质量的临床随机对照试验来进一步检验和证实。

Objective To systematically evaluate the curative effect of auricular point sticking method on intervention of diabetic gastroparesis patients through Meta-analysis.Methods The PubMed,CNKI and other databases were searched for randomized controlled trials of ear acupoint pressure intervention for diabetic gastroparesis,and a meta-analysis was performed after literature quality evaluation and data extraction.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 2021,and the Rev Man 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results total of 10 articles with 685 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the auricular point sticking method was better than the control group after intervention in diabetic gastroparesis[RR=1.25,95%CI=(1.15,1.36),P<0.00001].Conclusion The ear-point sticking method can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis patients after intervention,and its operability is safe.However,due to the low quality of the current experimental methods,it is still not completely certain.High-quality experiments are needed to further test and confirmed.
