脑卒中患者重返工作体验质性研究的Meta整合

Meta integration of qualitative research on experience of stroke patients returning to work

目的通过Meta分析系统评价中青年脑卒中患者重返工作的体验,为后续制定相关康复措施和医疗保健政策提供依据。方法根据制定的检索策略,检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和PubMed、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Web of Science中关于中青年脑卒中患者重返工作体验的质性研究,检索时间从建库至2021年5月1日。根据“澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准”对纳入的文献进行质量评价后,运用Meta整合方法对结果进行系统整合。结果共纳入10项研究,提取出38个研究结果,归为8个类别,最终形成2个整合结果;分别是:(1)影响重返工作的个人因素(积极、消极);(2)影响重返工作的社会因素(制度、福利、关系支持)。结论医务人员应当重视中青年脑卒中患者重返工作的身心体验,帮助其做好心理护理,并制定针对性的康复训练计划;社会应当完善相关制度,鼓励并支持中青年脑卒中患者重返工作。

Objective To evaluate the experience of stroke patients returning to work through meta-analysis system,so as to provide basis for formulating relevant rehabilitation measures and medical care policies.Methods According to the retrieval strategy,the qualitative studies on the experience of stroke patients returning to work in China HowNet,Wanfang,VIP,China biomedical literature database(CBM)and PubMed,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library,CINAHL and Web of Science were retrieved from the establishment of the database to May 1,2021.The quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the"quality evaluation standard of qualitative research of Australia Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)JBI evidence-based health care center",and the results were systematically integrated by meta integration method.Results A total of 10 studies were included,and 38 research results were extracted and classified into 8 categories,resulting in 2 integrated results;They are:(1)personal factors affecting returning to work(positive and negative);(2)Social factors affecting reintegration(system,welfare,relationship support).Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the physical and mental experience of young and middle-aged stroke patients returning to work,help them do well in psychological nursing,and formulate targeted rehabilitation training plans;The society should improve relevant systems and encourage and support young and middle-aged stroke patients to return to work.
