长链非编码RNA在缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

摘要 目前,缺血性脑卒中已成为威胁我国公众健康的主要疾病。近年来,研究发现长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在缺血性脑卒中的发生、发展进程中起着重要的作用。探究lncRNA在缺血性脑卒中发病过程中的作用机制,将为缺血性脑卒中诊疗手段的突破提供新的方向。本文通过对lncRNA在缺血性脑卒中中的作用及调控机制进行总结,为今后进一步研究缺血性脑卒中的病因及发病机制提供参考。
