乳腺癌中缺氧作用机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺癌(Breast cancer,BC)是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,缺氧微环境在调节乳腺癌的进展和转移中起着关键作用。乳腺癌内的缺氧主要由用氧与供氧失衡所引起的,通常与更具侵袭力的表型、转移能力的增加以及治疗抗性有关,而促进乳腺癌细胞适应缺氧条件的一个重要机制是缺氧诱导因子(Hypoxia inducible factor,HIF)的表达,缺氧诱导因子转录调控许多参与乳腺癌细胞侵袭和转移的基因。缺氧及缺氧诱导因子在乳腺癌的诊断和治疗中均具有重大意义。本综述回顾了乳腺癌中缺氧作用机制的研究现状及发展。
