构建人类命运共同体思想提出了重新审视古代国家学说的要求。我国近代政治经济思想家陈煥章《孔教经世法》前八章的主要内容是中国古代国家学说,具有重要学术与思想价值陈煥章从整理“六经”的古代国家思想入手,构建了“土地-人民-政事”的研究框架和叙事范式,理清了中国古代国家学说的基本内涵,并从中抽象出了有关领土的性质、诸侯德政的标准、国家主权理论,,古代国家学说为认识人类命运共同体思想贡献了历史材料只有立足于中华文化深厚的积淀,做好理论上的充分准备,以科学的方法为指导,才能构建人类命运共同体宏大的思想体系。

Constructing a community of common destiny for all mankind requires that to observe again China’s Classical Doctrine of State.Dr.Huan-chang Chen studied China’s Classical Doctrine of State in his thoughtful and valuable book of Administering the State Affairs Under the Instructions of Confucius.Beginning with reorganizing,in his book,the“Six Classics”,Dr.Chen established his“Land-People-Politics Paradigm”,clearly explained fundamentals of ancient China’s Doctrine of State,in which are properties of territory,good politics standards for princes,and state sovereignty,etc.China’s classical doctrine of state is rich of historical materials and thoughts to contribute to the development of the idea of community of common destiny for all mankind.To construct a great thought system of a community of common destiny for all mankind,strong Chinese cultural foundations are needed.
