摘要
为了充分发挥BMC反井钻机少人化、智能化的特点,有效提高煤矿回风立井的施工效率,以恒昇煤矿为例,在矿区内指定位置进行了BMC反井钻机回风立井现场应用,实现了预设轨迹的少人化回风立井施工,为后续巷道通风奠定了基础。同时,针对钻进过程中的稳直立井问题,提出了在BMC反井钻机前序钻入稳直导向孔的解决方案,有效提高了回风立井施工效率,降低了施工人员的施工危险,保证了矿井的安全有序生产。
In order to make full use of features of BMC raise boring machine such as less labor and intelligence,and effectively increase the construction efficiency of air return shaft of colliery,the field application of BMC raise boring machine in air return shaft was conducted in specified location of Hengsheng Colliery,the application realized the construction of air return shaft with less labor along preset trajectory,which offered foundation for subsequent roadway ventilation.Meanwhile,in response to many problems about stabilizing and straightening shaft in the boring process,the solution of boring a stable and straight pilot hole before the operation of BMC raise boring machine was proposed,thus the construction efficiency of air return shaft effectively enhanced,the danger of construction labor reduced,and safe and orderly mine production was guaranteed.
